Adcyma Documentation
Adcyma is an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. It automates the identity lifecycle — onboarding, role changes, offboarding — and gives employees a self-service way to request access.
Everything here covers setup, configuration, and day-to-day use. Pick a starting point below, browse the sidebar, or press Ctrl + K to search.
Connect your identity provider, install the AD agent if you run on-premises, and get your first workflow live.
Run the employee lifecycleOnboard new hires, update existing employees, and offboard leavers from the People Hub.
Govern who has accessLet employees request resources, route requests through approval flows, and keep access audit-ready.
Use the APICreate, update, and deprovision users programmatically from your HR system or scripts.
The two main areas
People Hub is where the employee lifecycle is managed: onboarding, updates, and offboarding, with a live view of queued automation tasks and history. See Using Your People Hub.
Access Center is the self-service governance portal: employees request access to resources, approvers act on requests, and resource owners manage what they own. It's part of the Identity Governance add-on. See Access Center.
Administrators also get the Administration area, covered section by section in these docs.
New to the platform? Core concepts explains Workflows, Role Templates, and Resources — the three ideas the rest of the documentation builds on.
Connecting in and out
Adcyma talks to Entra ID over Microsoft Graph out of the box. Two connectors extend that in both directions:
Active Directory connector — a small Windows service inside your network that syncs users, groups, and OUs from on-premises Active Directory and executes lifecycle operations against your domain. It makes outbound calls only, so no inbound ports need opening. Required when your identity provider mode is Active Directory or Hybrid. See Installing the Active Directory Agent.
MCP server — a hosted, read-only Model Context Protocol endpoint that lets AI assistants query your Adcyma tenant: who has access to what and how they got it, hygiene findings, pending approvals, audit history, and workflow runs. Connect Claude or another MCP client with a URL and a key. See Connecting the MCP Server.
