Billing
The Billing page shows your current subscription details and lets you manage payment settings. Here you can view your plan, update payment methods, and control how user seats are allocated.
Subscription Overview
The top of the page displays your current subscription tier and its status. This tells you which features are included in your plan and whether your subscription is active.
Payment and Invoices
Manage your payment method and access past invoices. You can update your credit card or billing details, and download invoices for your accounting records.
Seat Management
Seats determine how many users Adcyma actively manages. You can configure seat allocation in one of two modes:
Automatic Mode
Adcyma automatically adjusts the seat count based on the number of users in your managed users group. As users are added or removed from scope, the seat count updates accordingly. This is the simplest option for most organizations.
Manual Mode
You set a fixed seat limit. Adcyma will manage users up to that limit. If the number of managed users exceeds your seat limit, you'll need to increase it manually.
When switching from Automatic to Manual mode, make sure your seat limit is at least equal to your current managed user count to avoid losing coverage.
Best Practices
- Use Automatic seat mode unless you have a specific reason to cap the number of managed users.
- Review your billing page periodically to ensure your subscription tier matches your organization's needs.
- Download invoices promptly for your financial records.
Troubleshooting
If your subscription shows as inactive:
- Check that your payment method is valid and up to date
- Contact support if you believe this is an error
If users aren't being managed despite being in scope:
- Verify your seat limit hasn't been reached (Manual mode)
- Switch to Automatic mode to remove the cap
