Billing

The Billing page is where you manage your subscription, seats, and payment details. At the top, three cards summarize your Current Plan, Seats (used versus limit), and Next Payment.

Plans and Billing Interval​

New tenants start on the free tier. Upgrading to a paid plan is done from this page: choose a seat count (minimum 25) and a billing interval. You can switch between Monthly and Annual billing; annual saves roughly 17%. Interval changes take effect at your next renewal.

Optional modules like Identity Governance are managed on the Add-ons page and appear as line items on your subscription.

Seat Management​

Seats determine how many users Adcyma actively manages. You set a fixed seat limit, with a minimum of 25 seats.

How seat changes apply depends on your billing interval:

  • Annual plans - Seat increases take effect immediately with a prorated charge; decreases apply at renewal
  • Monthly plans - All seat changes take effect at the next billing date

If the number of managed users is approaching your seat limit, increase it here before adding more users. Adcyma won't manage users beyond the seat limit.

Payment and Invoices​

Payments are handled through Stripe. From this page you can update your payment method, open the Stripe billing portal to manage your plan, and view or download recent invoices as PDFs.

If a payment fails, a banner appears prompting you to update your payment method. Update it promptly to keep your subscription active.

Manual Invoicing​

Some organizations are billed manually by Adcyma instead of through self-service payments. In that case the Billing page shows your plan, seats, and billing contact, and self-service payment management is disabled. Contact your account manager or hello@adcyma.com for billing questions or invoice copies. Seat limits are still enforced.

Troubleshooting​

If your subscription shows as inactive:

  • Check that your payment method is valid and up to date
  • Contact support if you believe this is an error

If users aren't being managed despite being in scope:

  • Verify your seat limit hasn't been reached
  • Increase your seat limit if needed
